AuraFace provides digital content services including AI-generated face style reports, image analysis overlays, and 3D face model assets. These services are provided "as is" and are intended for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.
Services are offered as a one-time unlock. Upon successful payment through our payment processor (Paddle), the digital content is delivered instantly via the web interface. Users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for delivery.
By using AuraFace, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to any photos you upload or have obtained explicit permission from the subject of the photo. You must not upload photos of others without their consent or photos that violate any person's privacy rights.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, infringing, harassing, or fraudulent purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading deepfake material, non-consensual imagery, or attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models.
AuraFace is not a medical, psychological, or professional advice service. Our AI-generated reports are based on statistical patterns and should not be used as a basis for health, financial, or life-altering decisions. We do not guarantee any specific results or accuracy.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
