Once you have paid to unlock a report and the AI processing has begun or the report has been displayed, we generally do not offer refunds. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to a refund once the digital content is delivered.
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider refund requests in the following specific circumstances:
Any eligible refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
To request a refund under the eligible exceptions, please email us at sevenzhangtube@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. You may also handle disputes through the Paddle.net customer support portal.
If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
